All orders at DVDCrave are shipped as soon as possible. Our new system is of World Class standard. Processing of payment and allocation of items ordered is done with-in seconds of you placing your order. All in stock orders placed before 2.00pm (E.S.T.) are now shipped the same day!
Please note: If a parcel is suspected of being lost in transit please allow us a 60 day investigation period before we are able to reship the parcel to you. We understand and appreciate this is quite a long period to wait. If originally shipped orders are received once a replacement has been sent, the costs of returning parcels to Australia is very expensive. We wait 60 days to ensure this scenario is as unlikely as possible.
