Returns
Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a faulty or damaged product please contact us service@dvdcrave.com with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly. If you suspect that a shipment has become "lost in transit", please check with your local Post Office first as your parcel may be awaiting collection. If the parcel is being delivered to a commercial address, please also check with any mailrooms, reception areas within the workplace in case the parcel is being held for you. Before an investigation into lost in transit can commence, DVDCrave have to allow 30 days from dispatch.
Hardware Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to return any hardware.For faulty returns please contact service@dvdcrave.com and we will help with any difficulties you are experiencing.
Warranty Claims
Hardware Warranty differs from format to format. Please contact service@dvdcrave.com for any Hardware Claims. Software Warranty is 3 months.
Previously Played Stock
DVD Crave may, during promotional periods, offer the sale of Previously Played stock to our customers.

Previously Played Stock is defined by DVD Crave as stock that is not in pristine condition. This stock has been cleaned, refurbished and checked for proper functioning prior to its sale. In purchasing this stock, the customer acknowledges that “Previously Played Stock” will not be in 'as new' condition.
